Truckgram collects information you provide directly (account credentials, driver contact data, fleet details), data from your Telegram interactions when you authorize the bot integration (chat IDs, message timestamps), and standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps).
We use your data to (a) operate the dispatch, billing, compliance, and BOL processing features you subscribe to, (b) send operational SMS/Telegram notifications about your account, (c) provide customer support, and (d) improve the service through aggregate analytics.
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with infrastructure providers (Supabase, Cloudflare, Telegram) under contractual obligations, and when required by law.
Account and operational data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. Logs are retained for 30 days. You may request earlier deletion by contacting support.
You may access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. For GDPR/CCPA requests, email office@truckgram.com. We respond within 30 days.
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/WSS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Tenant isolation is enforced via Postgres Row Level Security.
