Truckgram offers a free trial for new accounts. No charge during the trial period. You may cancel anytime during the trial with no obligation.
Monthly fees are billed in advance. If you cancel within the first 14 days of a paid month, we refund a pro-rated portion of the unused time. After 14 days, the current month is non-refundable but no further charges apply.
Annual plans receive a pro-rated refund of unused months when canceled in good standing, minus any discount applied for committing to annual billing.
If Truckgram experiences sustained downtime in excess of the SLA in the Terms of Service, affected customers may request service credits equivalent to the prorated downtime.
Email office@truckgram.com with your account ID. We respond within 5 business days.
If you disagree with our determination, escalate to office@truckgram.com with subject line "Billing dispute — <account-id>". We honor all reasonable resolution requests in good faith.
