By creating an account or using Truckgram services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Truckgram provides SaaS dispatch, billing, compliance, BOL document processing, and fleet monitoring tools via web portal and Telegram integration. Service availability target: 99% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance.
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials. Billing is monthly or annual per the plan selected. Refunds are pro-rated for unused subscription time when cancellation is initiated by the customer in good standing.
You will not use the service to send unsolicited messages, violate driver consent rules under TCPA/CAN-SPAM, infringe third-party rights, or reverse-engineer the service.
By signing up, you consent to receive operational messages from Truckgram about your account. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for assistance.
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Truckgram may suspend immediately for breach of Acceptable Use. Your data is exportable for 30 days post-termination.
Truckgram is provided "as is". Maximum aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the legal entity operating Truckgram. Disputes are subject to that jurisdiction's courts.
