By creating a Truckgram account and providing a phone number you expressly consent to receive operational SMS, MMS, and Telegram messages from Truckgram about your account, dispatch, billing, compliance reminders, and BOL receipts.
Message frequency varies based on your fleet activity. Typical range: 0–20 operational messages per day per active driver.
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Truckgram does not charge for sending messages on your behalf.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out of SMS. Reply HELP for assistance. Opt-out is recorded within minutes and stops all non-emergency messaging.
You receive a confirmation message after signup or after a re-opt-in following STOP. Confirmation is one-time per consent cycle.
